This charming villa is located in the municipality of Lacco Ameno, just 300 meters from the main street. San Montano beach is only 150 meters away. Location is one of the strengths. The villa distributed on several levels is composed of two parts: the main villa and three independent studios called Chorro 31, 32 and 33. The villa has 3 large bedrooms (one double, one quadruple and one triple) each with private bathroom, a small indoor thermal pool, a large panoramic terrace. It also has a magnificent outdoor swimming pool and a further panoramic terrace, all shared with its 3 studios that allow you to stay an additional 8 guests and therefore reach 16 beds.
The villa is furnished with Mediterranean taste and the large living room combined with the kitchen and overlooking the bay is certainly one of the most comfortable places in the house

The studios are called: CHORRO 30, CHORRO 31 and CHORRO 32. The CHORRO 30 for two people consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchenette, air conditioning and a fridge. The CHORRO 31 for two people is made up of two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom. The CHORRO 32 for four people consists of a double bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom.
It has no air conditioning.
In addition to the villa and the chorri, the same property can offer two other apartments:
- A studio with double bed, bathroom and terrace
- A three-room apartment with kitchen and living corner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, habitable terrace.
Both are located on the first and second floors, there are two flights of stairs.
These two studios are 20 meters away from the villa.
